There is a powerful and transformative practice that can bring freedom and inner peace into our lives. It involves consciously releasing attachment to what no longer is working for us. This practice is that of non-attachment - letting go, and acceptance.
We can achieve this through our yoga and meditation practice with intensive observation without reactivity, also known as equanimity. Developing awareness of our reactivities and gradually achieving states of more balanced equilibrium of mind can allow a process of beautiful blooming and expansion. This takes a great deal of patience and regular daily practice to see the real fruits of our efforts.
Through this process we allow space for unique and life affirming opportunities. While letting go can be challenging, it is a magical and powerful practice of self inquiry. It’s an ongoing process that requires patience, and conscious effort. By acknowledging and accepting what no longer serves us, embracing impermanence, practicing self-compassion, surrendering control, living in the present moment, and community, we can gradually release attachments and open ourselves up to new experiences and personal growth. Remember, letting go is not about forgetting or erasing the past; it's about allowing ourselves to move forward with a lighter heart and freedom through expansion. I invite you to embrace the art of letting go, and watch as your life unfolds with the natural joy that only inner peace can bring.
With Love and Joy
